Bio-essence Singapore reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.The Contest is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above at the time of participation.A valid purchase of any Bio-essence product from a participating retail outlet in Singapore is required for entry.The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.Bio-essence Singapore reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equivalent value without prior notice. The winner will be selected based on the most creative and engaging social media post, as judged by Bio-essence Singapore.The decision of Bio-essence Singapore is final and no correspondence will be entered into.The winner will be notified via email or phone call (using the details provided in the online submission form) within 10 working days after the Contest Period ends. The winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Bio-essence Singapore reserves the right to select an alternative winner.The winner may be required to provide proof of identity (NRIC) and the original purchase receipt for verification purposes upon prize collection. By participating in this Contest, participants agree that Bio-essence Singapore may collect, use, and disclose their personal data for the purposes of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting participants, verifying eligibility, and prize fulfillment.By accepting the prize, the winner grants Bio-essence Singapore the right to use their name, likeness, and social media posts for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, in any media now known or hereafter devised.
